Sharp, the world's no three TV maker, after Samsung Electronics Co and Sony Corp, have come out with the world's thinnest and lightest LCD, from their Kameyama factory in Japan. The prototype 52-inch liquid crystal display is 22mm thick and weighs 25kgs..
