The wine cabinet by RIVA MOBILI D’ARTE evokes memories of elegantly designed vintage style Victorian woodwork. The unique piece of furniture has been carefully apportioned to store a large capacity of wine and champagne bottles. Intricately carved panels of the cabinet draw inspiration from floral designs, which remind one of the lush majestic gardens symbolic of the Victorian age. Truly a piece to marvel that conjoins savor and passion.

Thanks, Alessandra!

Solid wood yachts from 20 to 40 meters in length, Agouti Yachts is connecting traditional boat building with modern methods to the marine recreation. Result of two visionary brothers, Michael and Andreas Grieger, Agouti came to the shores after 50,000 hours of handwork on 40 cubic meters of mahogany, 50 cubic meters of cedar wood, 650 square meters and two tons of carbon-epoxy resin of this 20m yacht. The retractable swim platform will do the magic to appeal to every yacht lover. And not to miss the magic within, mahogany and leather dominate the spacious interiors with a well-equipped galley and salon for three cabins with separate bathrooms. Considering their invariably high quality and exquisite design, these guys are going to stay here in the marine industry for quite some time.

Sand & Birch’s previous wine cellar design “Wine bag” for Ellemme was distinct in its design, and the latest from this luxury design studio sets a new example in merging technology with great design. The Opale wine cellar looks more like an art piece than a wine cellar with its elliptical shape, flushed with a huge black stone set in a white, smooth base like a jewel. The hi-tech features include its automatic door, which can be activated by a remote control-zapper, or even by touch.

For the geeky fashionistas, who love to be on the pulse of fashion, hi-tech clothing is the buzz of the season. We have recently told you about CuteCircuit’s “Galaxy Dress,” and another refreshing design in the hi-tech wardrobe is Flare, a wind-sensitive electronic dress by Dutch designer Stijn Ossevoort. This beautiful dress is embroidered with wind sensitive dandelions, which “blow” when wind caresses the dress or if you “blow” on the dandelions themselves to create a pattern of lights. No other information is yet available on this electronic dress, but it looks good too, just wondering what would happen if it pours?

The season to sip hot chocolate and slip on the skating rink is here but here’s how to do it. Do it with skates in crystals. The collection called “In the world of animals” includes more than 15 different models of hand-decorated Swarovski crystal skates. Figure skater, actress and radio broadcaster Anastasia Grebenkin couldn’t bear the flaw in the sport that epitomizes flawless elegance and graceful movement, and was missing the sparkle near the floor. To replace the blandly designed skates of the past era, the inspiration from the beautiful sport itself gave birth to these shimmering skates. So, this season it’s not just the smashing crystal studded dresses that’ll steal the limelight, but the skates will dazzle the floor.
