Hey, it’s a great fantasy invention, but a lot less practical than a hugeo cruise liner.
The thing would be a bear in an unexpected storm at 8000 ft. altitude or less, and requre some advanced and not yet proven development to meet all the stated capabilities. Landing and takeoff on water comes to mind. I think we have an aerial Titanic in mind here.
