Using green home appliances to save on energy and water has become a trend among the eco-conscious people. This futuristic built-in kitchen concept is designed to boost energy efficiency by 70 percent, as compared to other ordinary kitchens, and up to 24 percent in money savings. The concept, inspired by nature’s own cycle, is designed to use 60% of the water and heat generated from the appliances to fuel other appliances. Such as, the heat from the compressor of the refrigerator is used to heat the water used in the dishwasher. Unlike ordinary refrigerators, the Whirlpool’s green kitchen refrigerator is converted into a drawer, in order to reduce cold air from escaping out every time the door is opened. Apart from being energy efficient, the Whirlpool eco-kitchen looks state-of-the-art and ultra-modern. Cooking is going to be not only an enjoyable experience but you’ll also feel proud to be contributing towards a greener earth.
