Viceroy Anguilla Resort & Residences has launched the property’s second major sales event scheduled for May of this year. Anguilla resort and residences feature an array of luxury homes comprised of individual villas, townhomes and low-rise resort residence buildings situated on over 36 lush acres, with 3,200 feet of beachfront land along Barnes and Meads Bays. The residences feature 35 freestanding villas that range in size from 4,300 to 6,000 square-foot, each with is own private infinity pool, and 115 resort residences, each with its own heated plunge pool. The construction of the project is set for completion in 2008. The luxury group is currently accepting reservations for the 59 remaining residential units.
