Imagine a scenario where you have invited a number of friends over, and you have even decided to share the vintage wine you have been trying not to uncork. It is a nice feeling when you can share something so precious with a bunch of close friends. However, to chill the exotic wine in the boring old refrigerator or the mundane icebox just won’t fit your bill. You would be pleased to know that Veuve Clicquot has designed the ultra-sophisticated Ice Cube, which is not exactly your ordinary ice bucket. The Ice Cube is especially designed to cool champagne and that too within 20 minutes.
You could use the cooling system to instantaneously chill your champagne twice, or continuously for 40 minutes. After which, you could go ahead and use the Ice Cube just like any other ice bucket, just fill it up with ice. All you need to do is push the button to reveal two specially designed champagne flutes. Though it is not clear if the cooling core technology, which is used in the Ice Cube, can be refilled, we know that Veuve Clicquot’s elegant and sophisticated design is enough to add charm to any party you would like to throw. The Ice Cube, which was designed in collaboration with Porsche Design, is expected to be launched in 2009.
