The custom-built grill table can be built to fit any space and it features a downdraft ventilation system to keep smoke under control. The Tepan grill table also features a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer drawer underneath. The grill island starts with a lower-end price of $7,500 to $20,000 and upwards.
