We have earlier told you about a range of interactive displays serving different purposes, including the Philips Touch Sensitive Gaming Table, Microsoft’s Surface, Jazzmutant Lemur multi-touch control surface, and the DeLighTable. Here is yet another entry to the family. The TouchTable TT84 is a large group collaboration system for visualization, navigation and analysis of data. Operating as both presentation and input device, the TT84 displays data on the table surface where it can be maneuvered using hand gestures. The pressure-enabled interface, huge display size and form factor lets users to assemble around the table to participate in group planning. The salient features of TT84 include 67″ x 50” horizontal projection surface, matte-white, powder-coated, aluminum surface, True UXGA (1600×1200) native resolution, 7700 ANSI Lumens of brightness, and two vertical, touch-surround displays with stands. The best thing is that the additional TouchTables can be networked together to allow in-time remote collaboration. Each device on the network shows the same information and is updated concomitantly.
