The long list of luxury speakers continues to mount with the entry of limited edition CS2.4SE loudspeaker from the house of U.S.-based high-end loudspeaker manufacturer THIEL Audio. Designed to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the firm, the Signature Edition loudspeaker uses ultra-fine grade boutique capacitors. The THIEL CS2.4SE reproduces the musical spectrum with stratospheric precision, balance and detail. The talented craftsmen over at THEIL have used the finest hand-selected Birdseye Maple using a deep red stain formulated purposely for the CS2.4SE. They name this Vermilion Maple, a rich and luminous finish. There is a beveled groove between the satin black baffle and cabinet walls. You can find the high contrast THIEL logo in bright chrome relief at the base of each enclosure.

To give the final touch, the cabinet’s back bears the Jim Thiel’s signature laser-etched onto an aluminum plate. Limited to 150 pairs only, the Signature Edition CS2.4SE will set you back $8000 per pair.
