The traditional brick and mortar version of the homes have now been revolutionized with the modern concept of housing be it the hi-tech home of the future, floating homes or the rotating homes. Remember, we have earlier also told you about the rotating home, that present a 360 degree view to its inhabitant. Now, Luke Everingham, a high-end audio/video engineer and construction contractor has designed a rotating home that offers not only dial-a-view, but can take full advantage of its rotational powers to optimise the use of sunlight to create better thermal efficiency. The Everingham Rotating House is built largely of glass and steel and is powered by an electric motor “not much bigger than a washing machine motor. The environmental friendly home is situated in four hours north of Sydney, NSW, and any room in the house can choose its view from pristine rapids and deep water river views on one side to soaring mountains on the other. The rotating home took million dollars in its construction and the designer is interested in taking-up more rotating home projects, in case you are interested..!

This home would be SPECTACULAR if built on the Northern California Coast. I would definitely consider buying it.
i really want to live in one of them houses! it looks so cool, but the house is really small
my question is about the plumbing to the house. How does that work? Do all your water pipes and gas lines and electricity running to the house rotate with it and if so, how?
