I know of cakes that come with a diamond ring but Christmas cake encrusted with diamonds affirmed the razing craze of decorating everything with diamonds including edible food stuff like this Diamond Christmas Fruitcake. The diamond cake is part of 17 diamond-related designs in the exhibit called ‘Diamonds: Nature’s Miracle.’
The cake is fully edible after taking out the 223 small diamonds encrusted on it. The sparkling cake is created by a Tokyo pastry chef and it took six months to develop the design of the cake and then one month to made it in real. The asking price of $1.65 million ensures that the special diamond cake is only made for the high-strata of the society!
