I am always against keeping living beings in captivity. Not only do I think it’s a sheer wastage of natural life and money, but to add to that, animals look really miserable in cages or aquariums. How would you feel if you were doomed to spend your entire life in a limited space with no chances of experiencing the outer world? However, my thinking about fish-tanks has marked an enormous shift, after I came across what has been called the ‘SupaTank,’ which of course is a break from conventional aquariums, not only in space but other underwater amenities as well. This mega aquarium is designed by the Yamaha Australia, which measures 15 x 3 x 2.5 meters (length, height and width respectively) and can easily be transported around for trading and exhibitions. The SupaTank is big enough to carry about 20 live fish. It also displays the rare live underwater action of catching a fish, educating people about different fishing techniques and feeding behaviors of submarine life. Moreover, Yamaha has extended the all-inclusive two-year manufacturer’s warranty, on its outboard models, to three years on 2-Stroke and four years on 4-Stroke, if the engine is overhauled by an authorized Yamaha dealer only.
