Wine conossuiers need to rush to Bonhams London headquarters on 30th of this month as Bonhams auction house has brought to the block the rare vintages and first growths from the cellar of the famed Mirabelle restaurant in London. Over 300 lots of wine from the Michelin starred restaurant will be offered, including famed champagnes such as Dom Pérignon Oenothéque, Krug Collection, Veuve Clicquot, Clos des Papes, and venerable old bottles of First Growths from Latour 1916. The Mirabelle was usually visited by luminaries such as Winston Churchill, Orson Welles, Laurence Olivier and Vivien Leigh, and obviously, there was a table reserved for royalty. The Mirabelle cellar offerings worth more than $200,000 will be up for bidding. If you are an ardent vintage wine collector, the Bonhams London headquarters is waiting for you.
