Deidre Woollard over at Luxist reported of Spear’s Wealth Management Survey, a new magazine aimed at the ultra-rich. The publisher of the magazine said, ‘The difference between SWMS and other magazines is that we are not simply peering into the windows of their penthouses - we talk to the super-rich in their own language.’ The magazine features the preoccupations of this new class of ‘ultra-exclusive consumers along with the advice on hedge funds and Swiss banks for the smart investment options. But, if you want the U.K magazine, then you need an invitation, and to be invited, you must own assets of at least £5m. A pilot issue of the magazine has been sent to a list of 2,000 of the UK’s wealthiest individuals including Roman Abramovich, owner of Chelsea FC, former Spice Girl Emma Bunton and JK Rowling.
