Here comes the second design launch from Schöpfer Yachts, the firm that earlier impressed all of us with its Oculus 250-foot superyacht. Dubbed Infintas, the new yacht is as appealing as the flagship design. The new 300-foot (91.5m) Infintas superyacht has been designed by E. Kevin Schopfer with Sparkman Stephens, Naval Architects. While the Oculus was inspired by an oceanic fish, the Infintas draws inspiration from the infinity symbol, which is highlighted within the yacht’s elevation. The closed loop infinity symbol allows for two major features of the yacht, which are realized by carving out stern and mid section elliptical deck constructs. This loop is held intact with the help of a central structural spine. The luxury yacht can accommodate 12 guests in great comfort and style. Between the dining room and the living room is a huge pool deck. The pool deck offers direct access to the dining room and kitchen. The luxury yacht offers three ways to cross the pool deck.
• A direct outside bridge with underwater openings, which helps the swimmers cross the pool deck.
• An overhead sky bridge that connects to the main stairs and elevator. This sky bridge is a clear glass floor and ceiling.
• A lower level lounge featuring glass portals into the pool.
When needed, the pool can be covered to increase the space. The main level of the yacht includes two decks, living room, dining room, kitchen, storage and bow deck with helicopter pad. The main saloon has fully glazed walls and a 12-foot-high ceiling. The second level of the yacht features guest suites and a secondary bow deck. On the third level, we have the owner’s suite with Sky Bridge, pilot house and upper deck. With a sleek, exterior profile and superb interior layouts, the Infintas is definitely a luxury yacht worth waiting for.
