So, Grandma’s Kitchen is another concept from designers Melanie Olle and Ilja Oelschlagel. The Grandma’s Kitchen will provide you a three dimensional experience through its folding mechanisms. A horizontal folding door opens up to the whole room at once which consists of a cooking area on the right, a combined dishwashing facility and a chopping board area on the left and the desk is used as a depot area in the middle.

Grandma’s Kitchen comes equipped with kitchen equipment like oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and the storage boards are set in drawers below the working area. The luxury kitchen pod also features additional seating capacity including the desk, chairs, and lamp that can be pulled out up to a width of 1.1 m supported by a special touch mechanism that does not requires handle. The folding door can be easily closed at any time to hide the cooking area to make a pleasant picture.
