piega masteroneSwitzerland-based loudspeaker manufacturer, Piega, has now unveiled the MasterONE, a worthy flagship successor to the famed C40. With the MasterONE loudspeakers, they have combined in a dipole system the uniqueness of the coaxial ribbon system and the essential design elements of slim-line column loudspeakers. The coaxial ribbon system operates solely as a single point sound source. The new loudspeakers are being said to fill even large rooms with sound, offering outstanding performance with a virtually perfect pulse response. The MasterONE incorporates the PIEGA coaxial ribbon system, in which the light membrane of the tweeter is enclosed by the membrane of the midrange. The loudspeakers include a specially designed bass cabinet, a specially tuned 22cm MOM bass chassis and sophisticated damping made from bituminized composite material. The polished aluminum cabinet of the baffle and ripple finish of the bass cabinet are sure to impress everyone. Other than the MasterONE, they have also unveiled the TMicro, a new entry-level of PIEGA loudspeakers for summer 2009.

Thanks, PIEGA team
