Calling all the Picasso fans! A number of Picasso’s never-seen-before artworks are now are on sale in Paris and interestingly, these artifacts are not the usual monumental paintings we can expect from the renowned artist. Instead, up for sale are drawings, doodles (£1000 a piece) and personal scribbles, ranging from notes, scratched in his handwriting to sketches of children and animals. The list also includes signed copies of Picasso’s Communist Party membership card from, which are expected to go for around £300. These artifacts have been collected over a period of 33 years by a close woman in Picasso’s life named Ines Sassier, who was the artist’s friend and housekeeper for over three decades.
