Though minimalist workstations have been in vogue for quite some time now, a fully loaded grand workstation is certainly a refreshing break from the mundane minimalism. The myP.O.D workstation courtesy designer Peter J. Sucy is one workstation that shuns minimalism and embraces plenty of functionality in a form that is best described as magnificent. Yes, the myP.O.D has one big arch complementing it’s vast design which manages to pack in almost all the features possible. Coming to the features that the myP.O.D has to offer, you will find yourself reveling in it’s very comfortable seat that is fully adjustable. It is from this seat where you work on your PC which has fully adjustable monitors, a keyboard and the ubiquitous mouse.
The big workstation also packs in plenty of storage space for all your office essentials. The best part is that all these essentials are easily accessible thus making the myP.O.D a near perfect workstation. Apart from this, you have plenty or room for your knick knacks and mantelpiece adornments that now occupy pride of place on a rack high above your head. Your files sit on aesthetic racks which are placed strategically at different levels while the entire workstation is awash with bright yet soothing light courtesy low energy LEDs. All these features make the myP.O.D one very grand workstation that definitely will be on the wishlist of the movers and shakers of the corporate world. But then, the biggest downside is that the myP.O.D is still a concept. Pray that it becomes production ready in the near future.

Are you kidding me?? This desk looks so damn messy even when its perfectly orderly I wonder what it would look like if it got messed up during the course of a day’s work?? Yikes!! The reason why people chose minimalism in modern times is because clutter is just so stressing and unnerving!!
Its really compact. I dont think it looks really cluttered. Think about sitting in there, everything is just at your arms reach. Even that waste paper bin. Another way to make work an idle job. Anybody thinking about working out yet?
