Parrot’s Specchio, a Wi-Fi-enabled digital photo frame designed by Parisian designer Martin Szekely, surely gave new meaning to photo frame technology. The shiny, feature-rich photo frame that doubles as a mirror was first introduced to the market by the manufacturer in November of last year. The frame boasts a unique feature of emailing photos from your PC or cellphone via Bluetooth and displaying the collection from the online picture galleries like Flickr. Now, Parrot is showcasing the frame at CES 2009. Measuring 7 inches, the Specchio digiframe that costs you around $450, comes with a storage capacity up to 1500 photos. Despite high competition, it is surely geared to create a great hullabaloo at the show.

It’s nice to look at, but unless that frame is 14K Gold, $450 for this is a bit of a rip-off.
