A personal media experience inside one of the Ovei pod is bound to be a rich one. One aspect that will certainly be superior to conventional media centers is the sound experience. The surround effect and the bass vibrations will be much better than most open-room speaker systems, just like earphones give higher fidelity sounds than speakers. Although I am not certain, I am guessing that for the price of £50,000, there could be added features like a vibrating seat, and I can bet it has air-conditioning as well. What I am certain of, is that the enclosure will have the best available speaker system, and the display monitor will be top of the line. One downside to this and other enclosure systems is that the occupant is completely isolated from the surroundings outside the pod, and would be completely unaware of any dangers. But I’m guessing that those who can afford to pay almost $100,000 for the Ovei pod can also afford to furnish proper security for their surroundings.

So, if one can overcome the claustrophobia and the isolation, then the fun to be had in the Ovei customizable pod is practically limitless. Whether it is gaming or watching TV or movies, the Ovei pod, designed by Lee McCormack and engineered by Mclaren Applied Technologies, is bound to give its occupants a whole new dimension of entertainment experience.
