k11 kitchen

New kitchen designs focus on creating a space that is as functional and efficient as much as possible. The piece of furniture dubbed ‘K11‘ by Norbert Wangen is equipped with systems which make it possible to make disappear completely the zones from washing and cooking.

K11 modules and tops are packed in cartons with adequate support. The waterproof 19mm panels are made of wood and treated with melamine resin. The finish is eye-catching graphite grey open-pore oak, with the rear border with the same finish as the carcass. The bottom of the under-sink base unit is equipped with printed aluminum sheet to prevent possible 3ater infiltration.

The hinges are made of nickel-plated pressed metal sheets and are equipped with spring mechanisms for opening and closing. I couldn’t make out the pricing but such an ingenious design won’t come cheap for sure.
