Well I guess that will no longer be an abstract metaphor as the new Mustek PF-A950PS apparently includes sound features now, thanks to NXT flat-panel speakers concealed inside its bezel frame. So you can now have words or music to play along with the digital slideshow. Unveiled at the PMA 2008, other stunning features of the frame include a large 9.5-inch display with 800 x 480 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. The frame supports image files in JPEG format, also playing audio and video files in MP3, AVI and Xvid formats. the only weakness so far in this gorgeous frame seems to be its limitations in the internal memory department since it has a built-in memory of just 128 MB but it more than makes up for it by being compatible with many external memory cards including SD, MMC, MS Pro, xD and CF. The PF-A950PS is expected to hit the markets by May this year retailing for $250.
