Our wooden obsession continues to grow and now, we have boutique Japanese audio company M’s System MS0801 and MS1001 cylindrical stereo speakers that have been carved out of wood. Featuring a speaker on either end, a single unit is capable of filling a room in stereo. The manufacturer claims these speakers to have been designed “like a musical instrument” for “amazing reproduction of live performances.”

No matter how high you turn up the volume, you won’t find any sort of bass distortion. While the MS0801 weighs 3.2Kg, the MS0801 has a weight of 2.2Kg. Well, these speakers tout an exceptional design that lets you suspend them with hooks or rest on a stand. A single speaker is more than enough for the stereo sound but you can also opt for two speakers to handle four channels of a 5.1 system. Pricing starts at $750 for the MS0801.
