I can do with my lappie on the go…..in fact I can go without being connected at all also, especially when on a holiday….when I just want to shut off from the hustle bustle of urbi lifestyle. But then there are some folks who cannot exist without carrying their (indispensable) doodads on the move. And for one such person, folks at Monolab Design have come up with a distinctively designed trunk dubbed as Monolab|Design Trunk. Exclusively designed to house a Mac Pro, a 23-inch Apple Cinema Display 23″, a Music Hall Mambo amplifier, and a pair of aluminum-enclosed Webern loudspeakers, this geeky case originated from the idea of building a modern version of a Louis Vuitton trunk that could be left at the hotel in between stays, featuring drawers and hangers.

Standing 5′ tall and it weighs about 300 lbs., when closed doesn’t show any nuts and bolts. Described as the first 4TB iPod, the trunk accommodates the Apple Mac Pro which is mounted on industrial grade ball bearings, giving access to the DVD tray. While the audio amplifier is mounted vertically behind the Apple Cinema Display.
If any of you are getting ideas of ordering this geeked trunk, then hold your horses as there are no such immediate plans.
