Luxury writing instruments have become an obsession for the affluent, and lately we covered the Top 10 most expensive writing instruments. Here is another rare prize for collectors. In homage to 125 years of original creation, Waterman has rolled out the limited edition “Edson 125 ans” fountain pen. The Waterman Edson fountain pen features a palladium alloy on a copper surface along with the glossy layers of soft blue lacquer. Limited to 1883 pieces, each pen is etched with a distinct number on the side of its clip. A unique 18 carat solid gold rhodium-plated nib has been set into the rounded barrel. The ink flow regulation system lets you write without any problems, even at high altitudes. The “Edson 125 ans” limited edition pen comes in a special gift box and sells for €1850.
