rogun_48We are hastily heading into a futuristic epoch where robots will be seen all around helping us with all the work. Now, a Korean start-up KornTech has developed successfully a perfect Korean home companion. The one-meter tall robot, Rogun, is a new spin on the idea of functioning of robots as it comes loaded with entrenched cameras and face-tracking software, which helps it recognize faces. It is able to identify an intruder by quickly scanning its database, and then alerts the owners of the intruders by cell phone. The 7-inch LCD, which is fixed to the Rogun’s chest, can be utilized for interactive learning and making video phone calls via WiFi. Although KornTech has plans to sell these cute robots for as low as $5000 in the future, you will be surprised to hear that a single unit costs a whopping $1 million at the moment.
