If you are not one of those exercise-freaks who religiously follow their gym-routine, then instead of enrolling yourself in a gym, you would be better off with your own personal set-up right in the confines of your home! But, don’t worry! You don’t need to have a huge mansion to accommodate a personal gym with Kinesis Personal’s furniture gym from Technogym. The aesthetically-pleasing gym design features a ‘fullgravity’ tri-dimensional movement system that blends seamlessly in just about any interiors to encourage you to work out in the comfort of your own home. The tensile pulleys system allows you to try up to 200 different exercise positions to keep you in shape. The Kinesis Personal Gym comes in “Vision” (featured above) and “Heritage” styles at Technogym.

I have been looking at buying some gym equipment for a home gym, and for just a little more than my yearly membership at my gym I can purchase a weight station with 7 different work outs, a big wall mirrors, a treadmill, and a boxing station with a bag, speed ball & chin-ups & Vertical knee rise attatched, but I am wondering do people with a home gym actually end up using them, do they lose the motivation you get by going to the gym??
