In June 2009, Seabourn Cruise Line’s newest ship Seabourn Odyssey will embark on her inaugural journey. Touted as the world’s most luxurious cruise vessel by The Yachts of Seabourn, the 32,000-ton, 450-passenger luxury vessel will come loaded with an array of lavish amenities. It will be the first Seabourn to go on a magnificent 108-day world cruise touching five continents. The Odyssey will have a capacity to put 450 passengers in sumptuous opulence. There will be 225 suites altogether and 90 percent of those will include balconies. The list of luxury amenities offered on-board is quite long.
The salient features include 11 passenger decks touting 225 ocean-view suites, five Owners Suites that measure over 700 square feet, four two-bedroom Grand Suites providing over 1300 square feet of private living space, superb cuisine in a choice of four venues - The Restaurant, Veranda Cafe, Restaurant 2, and Patio Grill, six open bars, tour desks, Internet center, library, Seabourn Square longue, large spa, two-deck-high waterfall, and complete salon facilities.
Depending on voyage and suite category, inaugural season fares range from US $3,387 to US $49,247 per person.
