The well-renowned watchmaker, Hublot has created a masterpiece with ‘Bigger Bang‘ the first tourbillon column-wheel chronograph with direct coupling on a flying tourbillon. TimeZone reports that the chronograph mechanism and column-wheel are for the first time directly visible via the dial at 12.00 o’clock. The amazing chronograph features 262 components, assembled with the utmost precision and creates an impression of a tourbillon suspended in mid-air. The working of each component can be seen and admired by the wearer. The chronograph comprises a Gyromax type balance and offers a power reserve of 5 days and it is fitted with 33 rubies, a circular-grained right bottom plate decorated in black gold, topped by unique bridgework, echoing the two-wheel gear in shape, and a black skeleton dial with sunray motif. The Bigger Bang tourbillon is available in three different versions, in an exclusive limited edition of 18 individually numbered pieces.
