I get nostalgic when I reflect about all the fun that I had with arcade video games and pinball machines as a kid. I would be my best through the week with respect to academics and behavior, so that my dad wouldn’t have an excuse to avoid taking me to the local game parlor. However, with the changing times, today kids can push their daddies to buy a personal arcade machine too. And for such lucky dudes, Grand Daddy Arcade is a cool option. This latest machine from Custom Arcade flaunts a wide 42-inch flat screen monitor and a 505 Watt sound system that can be controlled by a remote. Ideal for two or four players, it also has space for storing the remote, games and other knick-knacks. For $8,000, it doesn’t end there. You can also listen to music via a built-in jukebox, watch TV, DVDs and surf the internet.

This one is a classic representation of the Arcade machine for 21st century kids.
So may more features added compared to earlier Arcade games that used to be a hit when I was a kid... back then, there were no malls with gaming zones and no PC’s with gaming addons. These machines were where we would spend many afternoons destroying alien spaceships or zooming off in fast cars :)
