The vehicle titled ‘Lauryad I’ is designed to compete in the Ansari X-Prize’s current challenge which aims to build a vehicle that can carry a 55-lb. payload, hover for three minutes, maneuver to a landing pad 100 meters downrange, refuel and then reverse the process to safely land back to its original launch point. The winning bidder will win 50% of the total prize money and the highest bidder will receive $675K and will also get a chance to place their name or logo on the vehicle. The Lunar Lander has received a bid of $3,557, currently. But, it can be all yours for a ‘Buy-it-Now‘ price of $199,000.
