Extreme space saving has just got more extreme with the Unit concept from designer Philippe Malouin. How about cooking dinner, chilling drinks and even bathing, all at one place? Yes, this is how extreme the Unit concept gets which combines a kitchen, a table, a fridge and a bathtub too. The Unit has a cabinet to hold the fridge and the top of this cabinet can be used as a table. The sink doubles up as a bathtub when you might want to get some self washing done. The details on how you are going to start cooking on this place is not too clear though. Apart from this, the Unit has clean and uncluttered lines that make it one smart piece of functional household furniture. Though this design saves a lot of space and adds dollops of functionality, I still cannot digest bathing and eating, all in the same place. And, this extremeness is precisely the reason why this concept might not hit the stores anytime too soon.
