If you thought it was only cars that fetched high prices at auctions, think again. The first number plate issued in Edinburgh is going on sale...in fact, it is going to be auctioned at Bonhams’ Goodwood Revival sale. One of the great cities that spearheaded the Industrial Revolution, Edinburgh surely has an important position in the history of automobiles. The registration mark of S1 is in great demand among collectors, mainly because it was the first number plate to be issued in Edinburgh and secondly, it belonged to Sir John HA MacDonald, who in fact was the Lord Justice Clerk of Scotland. The plate is expected to fetch more than $442,000. This would not only appeal to any patriotic Scot but also any person who loves world history and culture. The number plate, after being bought, can be made using the license. This probably should be yours if you are really into automobiles and vintage cars. A little knowledge about history and culture always helps you stay ahead in the race of high society.

Where else could one find a piece as rare as this one sale. Bonhams just finds such timeless pieces from nowhere. If you interestingly visit the official site you would find loads of other such things on display here. We covered some cars going on sale for automotto and each one of those were marvelous. I do not think that anyone can better the products they have with Bonhams.
Capitalism is so futile sometimes.
I guess everybody’s having financial problems here as even plate numbers are put on sale. I guess the one who will benefit this are those hardcore car collectors. Taylor Cable Decal
