We have already covered the Apeiron island hotel, Dubai in our list of top 10 futuristic luxury hotels. The hi-tech futuristic hotel, designed by Sybarite Architects, would feature a two-storey jungle at the top of the 28-storey building. The seven star hotel is an US $350 million project that would be 300m from the coast of Dubai and could be reached only by boat or helicopter. The hotel will boast 438 suites, a spa, an art gallery, and an underwater restaurant. The top two floors of the 28-floor Aperiron building would feature a temperature-controlled butterfly jungle with tropical species. The design is totally mind-boggling and till the date, it hasn’t got a nickname. Anyway, the building staff calls it ‘The Rollmop’, ‘The Pringle’ and ‘The Funnel’. Do you really need any other living proof of the outstanding change we’re witnessing?
