ki board diy kit

Hacoa, a Japanese brand that sells $435 wooden keyboards, will soon be launching a do-it-yourself alternative called Ki-Board DIY Kit (ki means ‘tree’ or ‘wood’ in Japanese). The modeled kit will sell for about $300 and it requires some assembly by the buyer. The will come in maple or walnut and include a USB keyboard base, a wooden plank with the key shapes imprinted into it, connectors for attaching the pieces to the base, and even a saw and sandpaper. Let’s have some fun at home and create a wooden keyboard on our own.
