Diederick Kraaijeveld at Oudhout is a self-taught artist who has been collecting things and making art out of that for a great part of his life. He is famous for his artistic creations made with vintage, original colored salvaged wood. This time, the artist has done the classic Aston Martin, a James Bond one. The Aston Martin in salvaged wood was commissioned by a Dutch art dealer, who specializes in Dutch 16th and 17th master paintings and who drives this iconic car every day. It is 130 centimeters wide and built from originally colored salvaged wood that Kraaijeveld found in dumpsters, old farms and mansions and faraway coasts. No paint wasused, not even a driblet. Prices for Oudhout motoart are normally 5000 Euros and up.
