The 18 carat gold and diamond studded earphones, which are thought to be the most expensive in the world, have now gone on sale for £3,499 (approximately US $5,175) at Clive Ranger jewelry shop in Bristol. These diamond-encrusted earphones were originally made by renowned Belgium based jeweler, Casa Gi. Made from 18 carat gold, these earphones are adorned with 118 premium quality diamonds. Each earphone has 59 diamonds that are precisely and beautifully set in 18 carat gold. They are heavier than standard earphones, but the makers claim them to be equally comfortable. The sparkling earphones have a white wire attached to them, which connects to MP3 players and computers. Richard Slack, managing director for the firm, said…
We have the only pair of Casa Gi earphones in the UK and they are currently in pride of place in our shop window. They are attracting a lot of attention but as of yet we haven’t found a buyer.
I am sure they will get the buyer of this “ultimate in bling” thing. Are you in the line?
