After Apple’s 30-inch Cinema HD display, Dell seems to be getting into competition with its mammoth 30 inch display. The ‘3007WFP’ display is not just large in display but it also offers the ultra-high, 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution. The desktop delivers a 11ms response time and 700:1 contrast ratio and unlike Dell’s prior range there is no on-screen menu and only touch-sensitive brightness and power switches are provided. The monitor is priced at £300 less then the Apple’s 30-inch display and needs a graphics card with a dual-link connector to achieve maximum resolution.17484
