We have earlier told you about Dacor Renaissance 36″ and 30″ gas cooktops which emit cool blue glow to indicate when the burners are on. The company has now introduced its Renaissance 36″ wall oven in the Epicure series with more advanced features inside for an enhanced culinary experience. The wall oven combines six cooking modes: convection bake, broil, roast, pure convection, bake and broil. The four-part Pure Convection system helps create uniform temperatures on every level of the oven cell and features a filter, which allows you to cook multiple items at the same time without worrying about flavor transfer and it provides 20% more capacity than standard wall ovens. The oven features electronic touch control panel, 8-Pass Ceramic Glass Broiler (3,500 W), self cleaning, halogen lights inside oven cell to see the food status from time to time. The new wall oven is available in a streamlined stainless steel finish with ergonomic elliptical handles and interchangeable trim caps in four color options; chrome, brass, copper, and black chrome.
