Concept cars have always been amazing and the trend continued this year as well! The article at Forbes listing the Coolest Concept Cars 2005 caught my interest. My personal pick out of all the coolest cars listed on the top 10 list is Lamborghini Concept S Car which was unveiled at 2005 Geneva Motor Show (featured here). The Concept S features double windscreens, which separate the cabin into two compartments.
The list also includes Peugeot’s Quark from the Paris Motor Show which looks like a dune buggy and runs on hydrogen, and Pininfarina Birdcage 75th that was made to honor the 75th anniversary of the Italian Design House. The specialty of the Pininfarina prototype is that it is entirely made of recycled materials and features V-12 engine with more than 700 hp.
The only entry that I wish the list could have included is the Lead Sled Concept Car ‘EFIJY‘ from Holden, which was the star-attraction of this year’s Australian Auto Show!
