Brian Lam, Editor-in-Chief of Gizmodo, is our Cool Geek of this week. Dancing on the tunes of the song ‘Gizmodo on my mind’ (we’ll ask about the lyrics in detail later in the interview), Lam has been giving valuable information, not to mention loads of scoops, for geeks in his own unique fashion.
Brian considers blogging a big video game, but right now he’s is playing a different role adjusting his cool geek crown and throne to take on your questions.

Here’s Brian in his own words:-
I’m working on making Giz better — that’s it. It’s beyond a full time job, even with help from our writers. I’ve been here 8 months, and the growth has been great, but there’s still a lot to do for both the content, but also the format itself. Plus, there’s the ever present task of balancing the ridiculous fun stuff and the important gadget news. (If there is such a thing.)

Hi Lam, great to see you in Cool Geek crown. Id like to ask which are your top 3 favorite blogs, of course other than Gizmodo, and why?
Brian you said that blogging is a big video game, who do you think you are playing with and who are your nearest rivals?
Hi Brian, I was wondering Gizmodo doesnt have any tagline or punchline. How would you describe it in one line?
How long could your survive without the internet?
Hello Brian
Nice puppy. And I love the website! My question to you is, If Saturday night was a gadget, what kind of gadget would it be? And if you were a gadget, what would YOU be?
Is there any time when you are just fed up of gadgets and dont feel like writing on them at all ? If so then how do you cope with it ?
