The Polara’s convection oven featured here combines an oven with the low temperatures of a refrigerator, so you can cook, bake and cool in one appliance. The convection oven also lowers the temperature of just-baked foods to keep them warm while the cooktop still functions normally even when the oven is in cooling mode.
