Harking back to the stone age, when humans used to live in caves, and just as the dog, was becoming man’s best friend, we now have cave kennels for our canine pets just like it was for the cave men’s doggies. Yes, that is what the online pet fashion retailer, Pooch has come with. This nice looking Canine Fine Art Cave was named after Browning Passage, an inlet just off Tofino, B.C. where its arch was found. This arch now adorns the rock cave kennel’s entrance in contemporary bleached and pine wood which looks very nice and rustic indeed. And if you were shocked to hear the rock in the rock cave, don’t worry, this cave actually is made of reinforced paper mache stone, so it weighs in at a light 125 pounds, to give you that authentic rock look minus the rock itself. Your pooch can curl up in complete bliss on it’s cushion cavern in the raised rear of the cave kennel. What’s more? The cave retains body heat to give your pooch a nice warm home even in the biting cold winter season.
The Canine Fine Art Cave also has sound deadening to let your precious pooch doze away, unobtrused. Kennel’s cannot be stifling and uncomfortable, so you have a fluted bottom and an arched opening for that airy ambience. The authentic cave look gets complete with the little side rock that comes with the Browning Passage. Some more goodies include the Scottie’s authentic paw print, Scottie’s Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Badge of Honor.
If all that is not enough, the cave kennel also claims to give your pet, complete privacy with the rounded helical design, which leaves me wondering, since when have pets started having privacy. The very bling, Browning Passage comes in at a tad less than 6 grand at $5900. That is a small price for the uber rich to pay for their pooch’s supreme comfort. Fine art indeed.
