Boeing Launched its New Jet Boeing 747-8Boeing Co. has launched its new biggest airliner new Boeing 747-8 as a replacement of its previous Boeing 747. The Boeing 747-8 will produce two stretched versions powered by new powerful engines starting by the end of 2009. Boeing is also offering the passenger-version of its new 747-8 Intercontinental which will be 11 feet, 7 inches longer then the current 747-400 and will accommodate 34 more seats. What’s more interesting is that the archival Airbus has also its plans to deliver its mammoth A380 double-decker by the end of 2006. Boeing is already getting orders worth $5 billion for its new updated version of Boeing 747.
