Barclay Butera has designed the 19-foot Airstream Bambi International, a treat for the modern-design loving, wandering nomads. When a top interior designer puts his hands on something, the product is definitely marvelous, so is the case with the Bambi, which is put on auction on eBay.

It is a silver beauty, which comfortably sleeps three and includes leather banquettes, leopard-print carpeting, Greek-key bed linens, black-and-white striped window treatments and a canopy on the outside. For the sake of entertainment, it is accommodated with a flatscreen TV, complete with a multi-disc DVD/CD changer.

The trailer has a golden history to flaunt as it had been used as a ‘green room’ during the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. Not only this, it boasts of various celebrity guests such as Justine Timberlake, Jennifer Aniston and Ryan gosling.

The current bid for the Bambi is $18,500 and the entire amount from its sale will go for the benefit of the national charity ‘Children’s Action Network‘ (CAN). Butera’s signature-designed Airstream will be on eBay for bidding from September1 and is expected to be handed over to the winning bidder on October 25.
