MotoArt, the company that turns vintage aviation parts into fixtures for the home and office, has already impressed us with Radial Engine Coffee Table, 747 Cowling desk, and the new DC-4 Conference Table. This time, we have the B-52 Stratofortress Ejector Seat Chair from the house. The novel chair does not magically turn you into Tom Cruise, it just gives you a close-to-life simulation of the ejector seats from the legendary B-52 bombers in the movie. Basically these are more like actual seats from the decommissioned Air Force craft that MotoArt were able to secure so that effectively means even you, yeah even you, can lay your hands (and non-Tom Cruise-like tushies) on this 58” H x 24” W piece of moviedom and military history! Feel free to drool all over your monitor for now.

I think you may have Top Gun mixed up with some other movie. While it did feature Tom Cruise, he never flew a B-52 bomber. In fact, they were not flown at all in the movie.
The main jet flown was an F-14 Tomcat.
During training flights the pilots used A-4 Skyhawk.
The enemy aircraft were F-5E and F-5F Tiger II’s, also referred to as MiG-28’s.
Right, this is not a Top Gun chair, but rather one for watching the movie Dr. Strangelove. If you don’t have time for a 1 hour movie, go to Youtube.com and search for ’B-52 crash’.
