I think what’s even cooler is that you can now buy a suite at the Atlantis Resort. In the new condo hotel they’re building, the Residences at Atlantis, you can own a condo. How cool is that! Tell all your friends, you own a condo at Atlantis.
As I understand it, you can use your condo when you want. But when you’re not there, you just tell the hotel to put it in the rental program and you get a share of the revenue it generates from hotel guests.
