$60 million CondosA six-story, $60 million luxury condominium development is announced in an area known as the Alameda Triangle, about a half-mile from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. The development will have 75 condominium units and the condo-tower will be contemporary-styled. The units in the tower will range in size from 860 square feet to 5,500 square feet, and many will range in 1,700-to-1,800-square-foot range. All the units in the condo-tower will feature upscale units and mountain views and will be priced from $400,000s to more than $2 million for a penthouse unit. The luxury condos are estimated to complete in mid 2007.
