”Vinyl Quality sound”. Whatever that may be. If they’re talking about dynamics, it simple is not possible to achieve the dynamics of a vinyl record with a CD player. Otherwise it’s a nice try at making an object as ugly as possible while charging as much money for it as you can get.
Indeed, I agree with Sarcastro. The dynamics of the sound depend a lot on the medium itself. Most CD’s lack those incredible dynamics.
